Business Analysis and Structuring
It comprises the beginning, yet a crucial, stage, which demands an adequate analysis and structuring for real estate business to be developed.
The feasibility analysis (technical-urbanistic, environmental, legal, market and economic-financial) is aimed at avoiding issues and maximising the potential offered by the project in this task.
In addition, we always seek the best corporate structure by evaluating the legal, tax and accounting issues for our partners.
Management Plan- MP
At this stage, we elaborate our enterprise management plan, which includes aspects of the most diverse areas that involves the business, such as deadlines, cost, quality, scope, integration, communication, risks, human resources, acquisitions and stakeholders.
The main objective of the MP is to serve as a reference guide for the entire team and other stakeholders, as well as to help in making decisions, leading us to assertive actions.
Project Development
The development requires critical oversight and insights into the project to meet the specific atributes so that we can fulfill the client requirements.
Due to our experience in the analysis of projects, we always look to perform several studies and simulations in order to achieve the highest level of knowledge aimed at optimising and boosting the business potential.
Regularization Process
Brazil is known for its complex legal system and, more so for the real estate industry which has a greater amount of technical and bureaucratic procedures which preceed several agencies. This processes require time dedication and specific knowledge of the issue.

Marketing Plan
We develop a strategic commercial and marketing plan based on the information on local demand. This is executed by a company specialized in the field according to a study and market analysis research so that the sale, release and marketing channels are assertive.
Through the vision of our internal marketing, architectural, engineering, and sales consultant teams, we develop the strategic plan by contemplating crossmedia actions in order to maximise sales.
Management and Execution of Works
We adopt our own work methodology based on PMBOK concepts (PMI) to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with time, cost and work quality.
We also develop a strategic plan as well as implement a rigid system for the monitoring and control of activities with an aim to positively impact and delight our customers.
Administrative Management
At this stage, our effort focuses on all processes involving the administrative and financial management: customer service, business maintenance, monitoring receipts focusing on the portfolio quality, following up defaulters taking extrajudicial and judicial actions if necessary, monitoring the payment status, bookkeeping and records, as well as the control of IPTU (tax on urban land and property) condition before the council, until the presentation of strategic indicators to our partners.
